CBT is an evidence based talking therapy that looks at how we think and behave and how this makes us feel.
CBT helps address difficulties associated with depression and anxiety but can also be used to help with OCD, Panic, PTSD, phobias, eating disorders, social anxiety, self esteem, worry, perfectionism and sleep.
I offer the choice of face to face sessions or telephone sessions, so regardless of where you are, I can help.
I have 15 years experience in the area of Mental Health and am registered with the British Association for Behavioural and Cognitive Psychotherapists (BABCP).
Sometimes we can’t put a label on how we are feeling so if you are struggling with how you are feeling and would like to chat about whether CBT could be helpful for you please get in touch for a free telephone consultation.
If you are feeling unable to keep yourself safe please contact your GP, NHS Direct on 111, Samaritans on 116 123 or 999
It can be a really difficult thing to reach out and ask for help but if you want to have a chat about CBT and what I can offer, please use the form to contact me.
If talking on the phone is difficult and you would prefer to use e-mail then use the form and untick the box for telephone contact.
My clinic room is a 10 minute drive out of Nottingham City Centre with free parking available behind the building. There are also several frequent bus routes that serve the area.
The entrance to the car park can be found on Haywood Road, if you are using a Sat Nav then the post code is NG3 6AE.
